Sha Tin 18 serves one of Hong Kong’s most acclaimed Peking ducks, roasted for 70 minutes and presented in three stages: first as crispy skin dipped in sugar, then as succulent breast and leg meat with pancakes and classic condiments, and finally as optional add-ons like lettuce-wrapped stir-fried duck or duck soup. Note while Sha Tin 18 used to be the spot for Peking duck and totally worth the schlep, service on our last visit was a tad patchy, (though the duck is still delish).
