BLTN — Causeway Bay cafe with yummy pastries and great coffee

NOC Coffee Co. – Large minimalistic cafe in Whampoa with in-house coffee beans
We know this cafe chain isn’t a hidden gem by any means, but the massive, airy Whampoa location is grossly underrated. We’re also biased fans of its $45 Mocha (the perfect balance of coffee and chocolate!) and the minimal decor across all NOC’s branches, which we find helps us focus when working.

Blend & Grind – Central & Wan Chai coffee shop with brunch and cocktails
Blend & Grind sits on a quiet corner in Wan Chai’s Streetstreet Precinct, while another location is perched right off the Mid-Levels Escalators in Central. After a recent refresh, the menu now leans toward stronger coffees like Long blacks, Macchiatos and Cortados. Both branches offer solid spots to work outside the house, though we’re partial to the Wan Chai venue, which stays open late and turns into a neighbourhood bar!
Opening hours: Daily, 8am to 10pm
Address: Blend & Grind, Shun Ho Building, 1 Sun Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
